Payments for digital products are processed by Kit. We do not store your payment card information. Download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam folder if nothing arrives within 10 minutes.
Digital products: All sales of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product — including The Saxophonist's Compendium and A Contemplative Music Practice in a Box — for any reason, including change of mind or failure to use the product. The sole exception is a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the files you purchased: contact us within 30 days and we will resolve the access issue or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
Services: Cancellation and refund terms for live sessions are agreed upon individually at the time of booking. As a general policy, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
