Sound Meets You

Through our sessions, the music becomes a container — a place to feel, process, and begin to move through what you're carrying.

Meditative Musicians

A small group of musicians exploring sound as a contemplative practice — tuning systems, sacred geometry, improvisation, and the inner work that makes it all mean something. Come hang out.

Frequently Asked

What is peer support, and how is it different from therapy? +

Peer support is a relationship between two people with shared lived experience. I'm not a therapist or clinician — I'm a state-certified peer support specialist who has navigated my own heavy seasons and trained to walk alongside others in theirs. Peer support is about connection, not diagnosis.

Do I need a music background to work with you? +

Not at all. The Emotional Star Map and all of my tools are designed for people who feel music deeply but may have no formal training. If you can feel, you can use these.

What are modal frameworks? +

Musical modes are different scales that carry distinct emotional colors. The Dorian mode feels different from the Phrygian — and that difference maps to something real in how we feel. Modal frameworks are a way of using those emotional qualities intentionally in your music and your healing process.

How does the sliding scale work? +

For the 90-Day Intensive, I offer a range of pricing based on what you can honestly afford. I believe this work should be accessible. When you apply, we'll talk about what works for you.

Can I combine offerings? +

Yes. Many people start with the free guide or Songwriter's Edition, then move into sessions when they're ready. There's no prescribed path — just wherever you are.

Let's talk.

Whether you have questions, want to work together, or just want to say hi — I'd love to hear from you.
